a few more pics of the sten. the mag release is now done and the dust cover. i have done the trigger guard but it looks a bit big to me so will probably make a smaller one. still got the sights, cocking lever and magwell release lever to do but should not take long and hopefully ready for 'in the pocket'.

Most impressive Obi-wan :good: Jay is definitly the Custom gun Jedi master

“I wanted to come to the Volga at a specific location at a specific city. By chance it carries the name of Stalin himself. So don’t think I marched there for this reason – it could carry another name – but because there is a very important goal... this goal I wanted to take – and you know – we are very modest, we have it already."
Adolf Hitler, November 1942

"Comrades, Red Army men, commanders and political workers, men and women guerrillas! It is on your perseverance, staunchness, fighting skill and readiness to discharge your duty to the country that the defeat of the German-fascist army and the liberation of the Soviet land from the Hitlerite invaders depend! We can and must clear the Soviet land of Hitlerite vermin."
Joseph Stalin, November 1942

well now all you need is to think how much you want to charge per copy-or maybe arrange manufacture in China and live off licensing and sales?

That is by far the best custom work (done by an individual rather than a company) I have ever seen!!! Hell, if you do start selling kits, I might just have to buy a British uniform!!

sten is now finished, test fired on full auto and was easily reaching out 100ft (length of garden) without dipping and faily accurate too. the g&p mags do stop feeding every now and then but i have found that most of these double stack ones do. just need a custom battery made and thats it.

AWESOME!!!11!1

what I'm going to add here is just an idea... Crazy, but maybe you could give the people here what they want :P

If you would be looking for a HK manufacturer I might be of help... Ting, the guy behind russian mania workshop (http://www.russianmaniaworkshop.com/) is a friend of mine... If you'd like me to ask him if he could speak to his back end factory? He's HK based, and very perfectionist on the quality he delivers... The factory produced the guarder/inokatsu kits, and RMW guns are of the same craftsmanship (even better at some points - e.g. the wood and grips have improved)
Or you could mail him yourself via the site?

Any update on this?

Are you providing a kit or instructions for making this?

I would love to add one of these to my collection.

hi tink and welcome.
will update with pics on the no4 soon, have managed to swap the bolt handle for something a bit more period looking, and have added a 6.03 tightbore. also inspired by boshman's kar98, im going to add the mp001 mag catch which looks like a right pain to do but will be worth it in the long run.
to be honest i dont think i will be doing any kits as most custom guns (well the ones i build) have their own little niggly bits which i can live with, but a paying customer would not be happy with, sorry.
